How the fuck the entire world has managed to swallow the flea-infested camel that general prosperity and good for all will be the result of depriving everyone but oneself before one shares anything at all—generation after generation, century after century, millennium after millennium—is a stupendous feat that absolutely tops the annals of Darwin Award-level idiocy.
